Who provides the service

SideraMea is one of the online subscription services of Netland snc, a company that builds custom web projects and provides IT consulting. These terms sit alongside the general terms of Netland snc, which are common to all its services: as far as SideraMea is concerned, in case of conflict the terms you are reading prevail.

What SideraMea is

Nothing you read here is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it must not be used to make decisions that call for any of those. For such decisions consult a professional.

Your account

You need a valid email address and a password. The address must be confirmed via the link you receive: until you do, you can use the service but not generate interpretive readings. You are responsible for what happens from your account: if you suspect someone else has had access, change the password — doing so signs out every open session.

What is free and what is paid

What is free

Registration alone lets you calculate one person's complete birth chart — wheel, planets, houses and aspects — and read its basic reading. It is free and stays free.

The free trial

If you have never subscribed, you can try the subscription free for 7 days. You enter your card at the start, but it is charged only when the trial ends, with the plan you chose: cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial can be used once per account. During the trial you have 5 interpretive readings.

The subscription

A subscription costs 9 € a month or 90 € a year, VAT included. It covers every feature of the site and 100 interpretive readings a month.

Interpretive readings

Only new readings written with AI count. These use nothing: reopening a reading you already have, basic readings and failed generations.

Each reading covers the sky of the day you request it: the current week for the horoscope, the year you choose for the solar return. No readings are written for other dates, but the calculations for any date remain available.

Questions after a reading

Under each reading written with AI you can ask a few questions about your chart and that reading; the page shows how many, and how long they can be. Once the questions for a reading are used up, you can add more by using one of the month's included readings (not during the free trial). The answers are written by an artificial intelligence, Astra, the SideraMea assistant, which talks about astrology only. The same caveats as the readings apply: they are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Questions and answers are saved with the reading and deleted together with it.

The dream diary

The subscription also includes the dream diary: writing and rereading dreams, each night's sky on your birth chart and the reading of a dream, which counts as an interpretive reading. The diary opens only with an active subscription; when it expires the dreams are not deleted and become available again on renewal. You can still delete your account, and the dreams with it, at any time.

Saved profiles

The subscription includes up to 100 saved profiles (birth records). Once that number is reached, adding a new one requires deleting an existing profile: deletion also removes the readings and calculations linked to that profile, and cannot be undone.

If the number of allowed profiles decreases — for instance when moving to a plan with a lower limit — profiles already saved are not deleted: they remain readable and editable, and only the creation of new profiles is suspended until the total falls back below the limit.

Renewal, cancellation and expiry

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, which remains fully usable.

Nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses. You keep seeing the people, calculations and readings you already have; you simply stop generating new ones until you renew, and the dream diary stays closed with your dreams in place. This holds as long as you use the account: the rule on inactive accounts is below.

Inactive accounts

An account nobody has signed in to for twelve months is deleted with everything it contains, after two email notices (thirty and seven days before). Signing in once is enough to keep it. Accounts with an active subscription are never deleted for inactivity.

Purchase and payment

By subscribing you declare that you have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy. Acceptance is given through the explicit checkbox you are asked to tick on the site before paying, and it is stored together with the subscription, with date and time.

The contract is concluded when the payment processor confirms the payment: from that moment the subscription is active. The receipt is sent to the account's email address, which is why it must be confirmed before purchasing. If you are a consumer, we invite you to keep a copy of these terms.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Netland snc neither receives nor stores card details: Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy.

Prices may change. A change applies to new subscriptions and to renewals after it is published, never to the period already paid for: if the new price does not suit you, you can cancel before the renewal at no cost.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, without having to give a reason.

To withdraw, where you are entitled to, write to info@sideramea.com quoting the account's email address. Refunds are made within 14 days of the request, using the same payment method as the purchase.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account whenever you like, yourself, from the link at the bottom of your account area. Deletion is immediate and permanent: saved people, calculations and readings all disappear, and we keep no copies. It does not entitle you to a refund of the period already paid for.

When we may suspend an account

If an account is used to circumvent the limits, to automate requests, or in ways that harm the service or other users, we may suspend it. Where possible we warn first; if a suspension is not due to a breach on your part we refund the unused part of the subscription.

Availability and limits

We do our best to keep the service reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, faults and problems at outside providers can make it temporarily unavailable. If a prolonged outage is our fault, you may ask for a pro-rata refund of the period you could not use. Interpretive readings are produced by a language model and may contain inaccuracies; the astronomical calculations rely on the Swiss Ephemeris.

For complaints, requests or questions write to info@sideramea.com, or to info@netland.it. We reply from the same address and keep track of the request until it is closed.

Governing law and disputes

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if in Italy; otherwise the court of Torino. For disputes with consumers, the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies recognised in Italy also remain available.
